Local Derby saw our 2XI build on last weeks performance and importantly start with the energy that put MarJon on the back foot from the start. The match was fast flowing and the forwards did a great job in keeping a high press. Pressure for the 1st 10 minutyes then resulted in our 1st goal and by half time we had set a lead of 3. The 2nd half continued with PG's dominance despite 2 goals from Marjon which only followed after each of our 2 additional goals that always saw us a couple of goals clear. Marjons became increasingly fustrated, as they clocked up 2 cards but were unable to get on the front foot in the game. Key positives was enerygy and press, and as noted by many our of supporters we were unselfish around the goal leading to well worked goals that will likley lead to more in the future as the season progresses.
